3. Goods

Our goods include printed materials, manuals, and promotional merchandise (collectively, "Goods"). Goods are shipped to the address you provide at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Services commence upon formal engagement and acceptance of scope. If you wish to cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund by contacting us. Once work has begun, Services are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule or transfer Services to an equivalent offering within 30 days of the original date, subject to scheduling availability and notice provided at least 7 days in advance.

4.2 Information Products

You may request a full refund for Information Products within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. To initiate a refund, contact us with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10 business days of approval.

4.3 Goods

If your Goods arrive damaged or defective, or if you send back unopened Goods within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a refund or send a replacement upon inspection. To arrange for this, please contact us. You are responsible for safe shipment of items you send back; we recommend using a trackable method.

5. Non-Refundable and Custom Offerings

Custom services, tailored documents, and personalized Goods are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and cannot be canceled once order confirmation is received. We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing an order.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Changes become effective when posted on the Site, and are identified by the updated year reference. Your continued use of the Site or offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
